Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time of your appointment. If you are running late your appointment may be shortened so the next guests treatment is not disrupted.
Mobile Phones
So you can relax and enjoy your time with us at Radiance, please turn your mobile phone off or onto silent when you arrive. We also ask that you respect other guests relaxation needs while in the Spa and speak softly as not to disrupt quiet treatments.
Cancellations
If you wish to amend or cancel your appointment please inform us at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise cancellation fees may apply. Please leave a phone message (03 445 8444) or email enquiries@radiance.net.nz if you need to amend your booking outside of our opening hours.
Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available for all our treatments and can be made out for a monetary value. Our beautiful gift vouchers can be purchased for that special someone at the Day Spa or online following this link - which can be emailed directly to the recipient or to yourself to gift.
Courier
We can send products or vouchers to anywhere in New Zealand, please phone or email the Day Spa to arrange this. Standard fees apply.
